time throughout the day, or he may listen continuously. The news format provides
top stories at peak periods of the day. The station utilizes its ABC affiliation
to provide the latest news and market activity across Australia and the world.
NewsRadio claims to have Australia's most extensive financial coverage. It maximizes
coverage in the morning hours to keep listeners informed of overseas market
events before the Australian market opens. Then it maintains coverage of the
Australian market, updating listeners on significant events that are affecting
daily trading on the Australian exchanges. This coverage also includes in depth
analysis of Asia-Pacific developments as they might impact Australian business
and political affairs.In the evening and on weekends, according to the schedule, the station provides
a global business review and world business updates. These summarize main themes
